Cancellation Policy:
24 hours notice is required for any cancellation of scheduled service. Failure
to provide adequate notice may result in one or more unnecessary visits, for
which you will be billed at the normal rate.
Hours:
Our services are provided between the hours of 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, 7 days a
week. Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Feel free to call us any time during our regular service hours.
Keys:
If you prefer, following the Service Period, we will securely retain your
keys, at no additional charge, for safekeeping until (a) you wish to engage
our services in the future or (b) you contact us to arrange repossession of
keys. We will only return keys via personal delivery to you or an authorized
representative. We will not leave keys unattended at your home, or lock them
inside your home on our last visit – please don't ask us to do this. There
is a $5.00 fee for every time we have to pick up a key after your initial
service.
Last Minute Reservations:
We cannot accept reservations without an initial client consultation, UNLESS
we have previously cared for your pet(s) and you have given us permission to
keep a key to your home on file.
Minimum Service Levels:
To ensure the health, comfort, and safety of your pet and your home while you
are away from home, we adhere strictly to the following minimum service
guidelines:
Cats: Due to the relatively well-hidden symptoms and rapid onset
of illness in cats, veterinarians recommend that they be visited no less than
once per day to check on their health and replenish food and water.
Dogs: To prevent destructive behavior due to boredom or accidents
in the house, dogs must be visited at least twice per day for relief (potty
breaks) and for food and water to be replenished.

Payment Policies
We accept the following payment methods:
check, money order, and cash
Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon, payment
for services is due no later than ten (7) days following the end of the
Service Period. A late fee of $5 or 5% (whichever is greater) may be
applied to overdue invoices, and may result in payment being required in
advance for future services.
